Chelsea in two-way battle to sign 6ft5 Serie A striker
Paris Saint-Germain have joined Chelsea and Manchester United in the race for teen sensation Pietro Pellegri.
The 16-year-old has broken into the first team at Genoa this campaign and clubs are now watching him closely.
Chelsea and Manchester United want to bring the forward to England, while AC Milan and Inter Milan are both interested too.
However now, according to Il Secolo XIX, the competition has got even stronger as PSG have joined the race for Pellegri.
The French champions are reportedly eyeing the Italian and they are planning to make a move.
Genoa, however, are hoping that Pellegri will opt to remain for at least two more seasons.
Meanwhile, Juventus have reportedly settled that they are ready to double the salaries of defender Alex Sandro.
During the summer, Sandro was a target for Chelsea, and although Juventus were lucky in keeping hold of the full-back, there has been the talk of revived interest from the West Londoners.
The Blues are allegedly ready to spend as much as £60m to complete a signing regarded as high-priority by manager Antonio Conte however according to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Juventus are set to respond with an offer of their own.
The Serie A side are believed to be set to give the South American a package of €5m per season, as well as a deal which would be extended until 2022.
The 26-year-old has netted six times in 81 games since leaving Porto for Juve in 2015.
