Ligue 1 side ready to break the bank of £32m Chelsea signing

Paris Saint-Germain are planning another summer of heavy spending next season with the recruitment of Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante, as reported by the Mirror.

The Parisians broke the world record during the last transfer window when they signed in Neymar from Barcelona for £198million — However, they are now looking to reinforce their midfield by recruiting the Frenchman for £90million.

Unai Emery also prised Monaco youngster  Kylian Mbappe from Monaco during the window initially on loan, however, a permanent contract worth £166million will be completed next summer to form a star-studded attacking force at Parc des Princes.

However, Emery has already switched his sights to increasing his squad next summer, hoping to praise Kante away from Stamford Bridge in an agreement which would see him become the Premier League’s most expensive shipping.

The 26-year-old is into the second campaign of his five-year contract, which he penned after joining the West Londoners for £32million.

The midfielder’s combative, ball-wining style would act as the ideal foil for PSG’s attacking money to grow both in Ligue 1 and in Europe.

But it seems the Qatari-backed French side are not set to control their spending just yet.
