17-goals Bundesliga star open for Liverpool move this summer
Borussia Dortmund forward Jadon Sancho would reportedly prefer to make a switch to Liverpool over Man United should the opportunity arise this summer.
The Red Devils have long been rumoured with the prolific 20-year-old forward and have recently stepped up the pursuit of their number one transfer target after securing a spot in the next season’s Champions League.
Sancho is believed to be open to a move back to the Premier League, having joined the German giants, from Manchester City, however, German publication Kicker claims that he would rather join reigning English champions than Manchester Utd.
The England international believes that he would have a good chance of claiming the silverware in his first campaign should he choose Anfield over Manchester United move.
However, Liverpool are not expected to entertain the idea of securing the services of the forward to Merseyside this summer due to the cost involved, with Bundesliga giants, Dortmund demanding a fee of £110m for Sancho.
The Merseyside Reds have ruled out the possibility of spending significant money during the summer transfer window and have already pulled out of a £54m deal to lure Timo Werner at Anfield as German forward ended up to sign PL rivals Chelsea.
Sancho has managed to found back of the net 20 times and created 20 more in 44 games for Dortmund across all competitions this campaign.
