Arsenal almost finished talks with No.7 Senegal international
Arsenal keeping tabs with Stade Rennais attacker Ismaila Sarr as Gunners need a new creative winger to improve the front-line. Alex Iwobi and Henrikh Mkhitaryan need back-up, and Senegal international is the perfect choice in this situation. He has an excellent season and paid attention.
Unai ready to spend big money on the footballer in July when the transfer window opens again. It will be difficult to sign him as Chelsea and Man United also planning to make a bid during this summer. In this campaign, Ismaila already played 38 matches, scored ten goals and made 11 assists in all tournament.
It is a good result, and he can do much more with high-class partners. Sarr has contracted with the Les Rouges et Noirs until 2021, and his release clause is nearly £25m. He joined the French club from Metz in 2017 with a £15m deal. Senegalese forward has a vast potential and can become a world-class winger if he continuous improvement.
The 21-year-old attacker is a regular member of the national team and also played in the 2018 World Cup which is already a big success for the footballer. London club will do everything to add him this summer as Spanish manager wants to improve the front-line much more.
Probably Stade Rennais will accept the right offer from the English club. Arsenal also linked with Lille forward Nicolas Pepe, Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic, Real Madrid attacker Isco, Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski, Ajax defender Nicolas Tagliafico, PSG player Adrien Rabiot, Porto star Hector Herrera and Borussia Mönchengladbach centre-back Matthias Ginter.
