Chelsea refusing to sell world-cup winning midfielder this month

Premier League giants, Chelsea have reportedly rejected swap offers from Inter Milan for French midfielder N’Golo Kante this summer.

Antonio Conte’s side are believed to be desperate to secure the services of N’Golo Kante to San Siro before the October transfer deadline and recent rumours have suggested that the West London club could be open to listen offers for the French playmaker.

According to the Daily Mail, Serie A giants have approached the Blues with offers involving Christian Eriksen and Marcelo Brozovic, however, Frank Lampard’s side have no interest in adding either of them.

The report, meanwhile, suggests that the Premier League heavyweights would rather sell Jorginho in the coming weeks than world-cup winning midfielder, who struggled for consistency last season, largely due to injury problems.

Eriksen has only joined Antonio Conte’s side from Tottenham Hotspur  back in January however, has struggled to make his mark in the Italian top-tier and is seemingly available for transfer in the current window.

Brozovic, meanwhile, has made 200 games for Inter in all competitions, including 46 games last season, where he managed to found back of the net three times and eight assists during a productive campaign.
