€25m-rated Red Devils player will skip UCL game due to suspension

Red Devils left-back Luke Shaw got a yellow card during the Champions League match with Barcelona, and he will skip the second game due to suspension. It is terrible news for Man United as Marcos Rojo is in lousy form and there are no other defenders in the club.

England international has an impressive campaign and proves his worth one more time. He also signed a new long-term contract with the English club and planning to win many titles with them. Luke joined the Red Devils from Southampton in 2014 with a £38m deal.

He became an unchanged figure for the club and played many matches amazingly since joining. In this season, Shaw already played 37 games, scored one goal and made four assists in all tournament. It is a good result, and he can do much more during this campaign.

The 23-year-old left-back has contracted with Man United until 2023, and his release clause is around €25m. His price could increase during this season and become much more. English defender regularly plays in the Three Lions squad which is already a significant achievement for the footballer.

Red Devils have an excellent result in the Premier League as they are in a fifth place in the table and they have a big chance to finish this tournament in top 4. English club lost the Champions League first quarter-final match against Barcelona 0-1, and it will be challenging to reach the semi-final. Man United signed several footballers last summer like Lee Grant from Stoke City, Diogo Dalot from Porto and Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk.
