La Liga giants keep a close eye on £100,000-a-week Liverpool winger
The Merseyside giants are reportedly growing frustrated with Sadio Mane’s continued links with Real Madrid. Reds are losing patience with Senegal international. Liverpool would reportedly like it if Sadio were to come out and make it clear that he has no designs on leaving the club for Los Blancos, or any other interested party, this summer.
It is claimed that the Merseyside giants are getting ‘tired’ of the rumour mill continually churning out Mane’s name about a La Liga giants switch and even suggests that the prolific winger himself is helping to fan the flames of this persistent rumour. The report does, however, have good news for Reds supporters.
While the 28-year-old forward may be keen on a move to the Spanish club, Liverpool’s colossal asking price of €100m is a fee Real Madrid would only spend on Kylian Mbappe at this time. Reds are likely to consistently have to deal with the rumour of the Senegalese star to Real while the winger continues to operate at the high level he has been in recent months.
Zizou is a big fan of the footballer and that the Los Blancos could make a big move for the footballers in the next transfer window, hoping to take advantage of Reds own needs amid the global health crisis.
All Reds appear to want from Sadio is some sort of public denial for the player, who is perhaps due a new deal having signed his current contract in November 2018. If they can get that, then maybe the Los Blancos anxiety will start to ease.
