Liverpool could sign Watford forward in Winter
Premier League giants, Liverpool may reportedly wait until the winter transfer window to push through a deal for Watford attacker Ismaila Sarr.
With Jurgen Klopp keen to add another forward to his first-team, Sarr has been identified as a realistic option following to his teams relegation from the English top-tier.
The Hornets are believed to be demanding a fee in the region of £40m for a attacker who has managed to found back of the net six times and provided six assists from 30 games last campaign.
However, according to Football Insider, the Mersyeside Reds are not prepared to spend that amount of money on one player before the end of the current transfer window.
Instead, the report reports that the Merseyside giants are ‘laying the groundwork’ to secure the services of the Senegal international at the beginning of 2021.
Although the 22-year-old forward has a deal at Vicarage Road until 2024, as the Hornets are believed to be prepared to cash in on their most prized assets.
Meanwhile, Liverpool also considering a move for another Senegalese international star Kalidou Koulibaly.
The Reds are keen on to strengthen their defensive end and plan to pair him with Virgil van Dijk.
