Liverpool interested in signing 17-year-old promising centre-forward

Merseyside club are reportedly one of the clubs to have made an offer for the transfer of Inter Milan centre-forward Sebastiano Esposito. U19 Italy international looks to be a hugely exciting prospect, with Reds joining Man City, PSG and Borussia Dortmund as among the clubs to have moved with ‘great insistence’ for him.

Reds have a strong recent record when it comes to snapping up the best young talent around Europe, having this summer brought in talented teenagers Harvey Elliott and Sepp van den Berg.

Liverpool have also brought through Trent Alexander-Arnold from their academy, while Rhian Brewster also looks like one who could soon make a first-team breakthrough.

Sebastiano could, therefore, do well to link up with the German manager, who has shown throughout his career that he is ready to give opportunities to youngsters and help them with their development.

Still, it stays to be seen what choice Esposito will make over his future with seemingly so many offers coming in for him, all of which look tempting for a variety of reasons.

The 17-year-old striker is a product of the Nerazzurri youth academy and spent his current career with them. He has vast potential and can become a top-class centre-forward if he continuous improvement. The Italian striker already played nine matches, scored three goals and provided one assist in all tournaments.
