Liverpool ready to listen to offer for two players in summer

This could be an exciting Summer for Jurgen Klopp at Anfield, as it seems like the squad could do with some fresh energy. That’s not to say that any big players need to go, but it could be a dangerous move to stand still as they seek to defend their PL title if and when Reds finally get over the line.

We still don’t know how the current situation will affect teams financially, so it looks like they might need to sell some footballers to raise funds for any big moves. That could be done by selling some forgotten loanees who seem unlikely to get much of a look in.

The first one is Harry Wilson who’s been fantastic at Bournemouth, but it’s hard to see him getting the opportunity. Wales international could be sold for nearly £30m at the end of the campaign. Marko Grujic has barely had a chance at Anfield and has had some good moments in Bundesliga, but it’s suggested that he could fetch up to £25m.

Man City have demonstrated the need to stay on the right side of financial fair play, so getting nearly £55m by selling two footballers who most fans have probably forgotten about would be a great move. Reds have impressive results in the Premier League this campaign as they are leading the table.

Liverpool signed several footballers during the summer transfer window like Sepp van den Berg from Zwolle, Harvey Elliott from Fulham, Spanish shot-stopper Adrian and English goalkeeper Andy Lonergan. The Merseyside club also added Takumi Minamino from RB Salzburg in January.
