London rivals eyeing move for Chelsea full-back
West Ham have targeted Arsenal full-back Sead Kolasinac and Chelsea out-of-favour defender Emerson Palmieri as they keen on to strengthen their backline.
The Athletic’s David Ornstein reports that David Moyes is looking to increase the competition for Aaron Cresswell and signing new left-back could be a priority.
The report suggests that Moyes wants to strengthen his backline after their opening, 2-0 home defeat against Newcastle Utd.
In which order the London outfits are looking at the duo is unclear, but both players are likely to be on the transfer list.
The Blues have recruited English full-back, Ben Chilwell and he will likely become Frank Lampard’s favoured at that position That will leave Emerson, further down the pecking order.
Fernando Garcia told FcInter1908, as cited by Sport Witness, said: “[Any] Chance he will leave Chelsea? Yes, this possibility exists.
“I haven’t talked to the London club yet. I can only say that Inter are interested in the player. We’ll see…”
