Man United are desperate to sign £35m-rated La Liga striker
Man United manager Ole Gunner wants to strengthen the front-line as Marcus Rashford and Romelu Lukaku linked with several clubs, and his primary target is Sevilla striker Wissam Ben Yedder. He has a fantastic season and proves his worth one more time.
France international scored two goals against the Red Devils last campaign and helped the Spanish club to reach the quarter-finals. Norwegian coach will do everything to add him this summer, but it will be difficult as Liverpool and Chelsea also planning to make a bid during the transfer window.
There will be a real battle for the player, and his price could increase and become much more. In this campaign, Ben Yedder already played 42 matches, scored 26 goals and made eight assists in all competition. It is an impressive result, and he can do much more with high-class teammates.
Wissam joined the Los Filigranas from Toulouse in 2016 with a £10m deal. He became a key figure for the club and scored many vital goals since joining. Frenchman has contracted with Sevilla until 2021, and his release clause is nearly £35m. He also named in Les Bleus squad several times which is already a big success for the footballer.
Los Filigranas finished 2-2 first Europa League playoff match against Slavia Praha, and they have a big chance to reach the quarter-finals. The Spanish club are in a sixth place in La Liga table and battling for the Champions League ticket. Man United also linked with Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale, Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi and Eintracht Frankfurt centre-forward Luka Jovic.
