Official: Real Madrid signed £200,000-a-week Chelsea superstar

Eden Hazard finally moved to Real Madrid and signed a five-year contract with the Los Blancos. Belgium international decided to leave the London club and agreed to join the Los Blancos. Eden joined the Spanish club from the Blues with a £100m deal. He won two Premier League and two Europa League with the London club.

In this season, Hazard made 52 appearances, scored 21 goals and provided 17 assists in all tournament. It is a fantastic result, and he can do much more during the next campaign. The 28-year-old star has contracted with Real Madrid until 2024, and his release clause is around £150m.

The Belgian winger is a real leader of the national team and also helped them to finish the 2018 World Cup in a third place which is already a significant achievement for the player. He has a great chance to win the Champions League with his new club.

Los Blancos had terrible consequence in this campaign as they finished La Liga in a third place and kicked out from the Champions League and Copa del Rey. Spanish club signed several players last summer like Vinicius Junior from Flamengo, Thibaut Courtois from Chelsea, Andrii Lunin from Zorya Luhansk, Alvaro Odriozola from Real Sociedad and Mariano Diaz from Lyon.

Real Madrid also added Man City attacker Brahim Diaz, Porto centre-back Eder Militao, Eintracht Frankfurt centre-forward Luka Jovic and Santos winger Rodrygo Goes. UCL giants heavily linked with PSG forward Kylian Mbappe, Man United attacker Paul Pogba, Tottenham playmaker Christian Eriksen, Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt, Inter Milan superstar Mauro Icardi and Lyon midfielder Nabil Fekir.
