Serie A giants keen on signing €30m-rated Man United transfer target
Bianconeri are reportedly the first club to offer RB Salzburg striker Erling Braut Haaland personal terms since his release clause has been revealed. Old Lady are one of several clubs circling Norway international, who is valued at £80m, but a twist in the tale could see him leave the Austrian giants for much less.
Reports have surfaced that claim Erling has a release clause of only €20m and it can be triggered in the upcoming winter transfer window. The Italian giants have reportedly offered Haaland €3m per season plus bonuses. Signing the 19-year-old striker would make sense for manager Maurizio Sarri as he would make a perfect replacement for Mario Mandzukic, who has been frozen out of the first-team.
Bianconeri are not the only club eyeing the forward with Man United still favourites to sign the Norwegian striker alongside Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund. Erling has been sublime this campaign with a tally of 28 goals in just 21 competitive matches, including eight in five Champions League games.
Haaland could dump Liverpool out of the Champions League on Tuesday night as RB Salzburg host Jurgen Klopp’s side in a crucial Group E match-up. Juventus have excellent consequences in the Serie A this season as they are in a second place in the table.
Old Lady signed several footballers during the summer transfer window like Danilo from Man City, Matthijs de Ligt from Ajax, Gianluigi Buffon from PSG, Merih Demiral from Sassuolo, Adrien Rabiot from PSG and Aaron Ramsey from Arsenal. Bianconeri strongly linked with Tottenham attacker Christian Eriksen.
